I attended the Knicks Home Opener on Saturday. The Garden is a great place no matter who is playing.

Friday, July 28, 2006 - Wang was awesome. Complete game shutout, giving up only two weak singles (one that was really an error on Cairo). This team is going to need these performances to keep the bullpen fresh.Hopefully, I'll get the good tickets for the next game so you can actually recognize who is in the picture.

Sunday, June 25, 2006 - Thanks to some great connections I was able to get the amazing seats for game 1 of the day/night doubleheader today. And what a game. Willis and Moose were locked into a pretty good pitching duel in which the Yankees battled to a 2-1 win. Moose got his 2,500 strikeout which was neat to see as well. And as this picture illustrates, there was a rain delay. But after they took the tarp off the rain pretty much held up the whole game with a few very light showers that lasted only briefly.
A play at the plate, a game winning homer, two possible future Hall of Famers taking the mound and a save from the greatest closer in baseball history. What more could you ask for?

Mike Mussina continues to show why he is the leader in this Yankee rotation. Another great start.

Posada has shown he can still get it done, at the plate and behind it.

Everytime I see Miggy Cabrera, the first thing I think of is that homer off of Jeff Weaver Roger Clemens in the 2003 World Series. (Thanks for the correction, Larry.)

This is one of the few times I took a shot while the ball was in play. I usually try to take them beforehand because I'm trying to pay attention to the game.
You can tell I'm clueless with this camera by the way the picture is tilted.
